Sign up to our two-year warranty and be entitled to access our premium tool repair. If you experience a problem with your tool, return it to your place of purchase and they can arrange to get it sent quickly to our in-house service centre. If needed, registering your tool will make the process easier and faster.
STEP 1 - FIND YOUR SERIAL NUMBER
You can find it on either the tool or the case. Depending on what tool it is and what year it was bought, the number could come in slightly different variations. It is always a sequence of 13 numbers. Sometimes the manufacturing year is listed, usually in front – please leave that out.
